Yes. COD is available in most areas across Pakistan. Keep the exact amount ready at delivery. COD fee (if any) is non-refundable.
If the parcel looks opened, crushed, or tampered:
- Take clear photos or video before opening
- Contact us immediately with evidence
We’ll review and guide you with a replacement or return if eligible.
Yes — only if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- You contact us within 3 days of delivery
- The item is unused, unwashed, with original packaging and tags
Note: Sale items, accessories, and customized products are not eligible.
- If it’s our fault (wrong item or defect), we cover the courier cost.
- For size or personal preference exchanges, customer covers shipping.
We may try to confirm by call or WhatsApp. If we can’t reach you, the order may be delayed or canceled.
