At Tajirra, we deliver across Pakistan with trusted courier partners including TCS, Leopards, and other leading logistic services. This page explains how your order moves from our store to your doorstep.
1. Coverage Across Pakistan
- We ship to all major cities and towns in Pakistan.
- Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take longer depending on courier access.
2. Delivery Timeframes
- Punjab, Sindh, KPK, Islamabad (Urban): 2 – 5 working days
- Remote Locations / Balochistan: 4 – 8 working days
Delays may occur during heavy weather (monsoon), political situations, or public holidays.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available nationwide where supported by courier networks.
- Check the parcel before payment only from outside — do not break packaging without payment.
- COD charges (if applied) are non-refundable.
4. Shipping Charges
Standard shipping charges apply depending on your city and parcel weight. Promotional free shipping may be offered from time to time.
5. Order Confirmation
We may contact you on WhatsApp or phone before dispatch. Orders without confirmation may be put on hold or canceled.
6. Tracking Information
Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, we will share your tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp. You can track your order on the courier website.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
Courier may attempt delivery up to 2 times. If the customer:
- Does not respond to calls/messages
- Refuses parcel without valid reason
- Provides incomplete/incorrect address
The order may return to us. Re-shipping charges will apply before sending again.
8. Damaged, Opened, or Tampered Parcels
If the parcel looks damaged or opened:
- Take clear photos/videos before receiving
- Do not accept if the product seems compromised
- Contact our support team immediately
9. Partial Deliveries
In rare cases, items may arrive separately depending on stock and logistics. You will be notified in such cases.
