1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You can request a return or exchange if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The product has sizing or manufacturing issues.
To qualify:
- Submit a request within 3 days of receiving your parcel.
- Ensure the item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- All original packaging and tags must be intact.
Not eligible for return/refund:
- Sale or discounted items.
- Accessories (like jewelry or makeup) for hygiene reasons.
- Customized or altered products.
- Minor color variations due to lighting or device screens.
- Change of mind after delivery.
2. Return/Exchange Process
To start a return or exchange:
- Contact us on WhatsApp or email within 3 days.
- Share your Order Number and reason for return.
- Send clear photos/video of the item.
Returns will only be accepted after approval from our support team.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- If the issue is on our side, we cover return shipping.
- If the customer requests exchange due to personal preference, customer pays courier charges.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only when:
- The requested item is unavailable.
- The returned product is confirmed defective.
- We are unable to fulfill the approved return request.
Refund methods:
- Store credit (fastest option).
- Bank transfer or mobile wallet refund (within 5–7 working days).
Cash on Delivery charges are non-refundable.
5. Parcel Not Collected / RTS
If a parcel returns due to incorrect address, non-response, or refusal without reason:
- Re-shipping cost must be paid by the customer.
- Repeated refusals may lead to account/order restrictions.
6. Order Verification
We may verify your order via call/WhatsApp before dispatch. Orders ship after confirmation only.
